A 6 day long training module has been implemented in Noakhali named, “Technology based furniture manufacturing”. The training modules were composed as followings:
1. Furniture manufacturing practical session using machineries followed by theoretical knowledge dissemination on wood seasoning and treatment.
2. Furniture finishing (lacquer) techniques.
3. Marketing and Factory management; Environment and safety compliance issues.
The training took place in two shifts each place to accommodate maximum number of participants.
